Project description

The hotel is a new construction in the historical part of the city. The following works were performed:

  • Old single-storey construction demolition
  • New construction: concrete frame (foundations, columns, partitions)
  • Metal structures fabrication and erection
  • Interior finishing (wall plastering, floor cement screed, wall and ceiling skimcoating, wall and ceiling painting, carpet flooring setting, wall and ceiling cladding, moisture proofing setting)
  • Facade heat insulation, facade decorative finishing
  • Sanitary engineering work (water supply system, sewerage, heating)
  • Electricity supply system works
  • Landscaping
